I don't see an item I've bought from you before

We do make changes in our product selection now and then – but we try to keep our overall offerings to you as consistent as we can. Please send us an email if you can’t find your favorite product. We will custom make it for you if we can – at no extra cost to you!

Can you make a custom product for me?

We will if we possibly can! The best thing to do is to reach out to us and let’s talk about it! We have a lot of scents available to us … and we can custom blend them in so many ways. We would be happy to create something just for you if we can.

I'd like to use your products as a gift at my event. Can you make a custom label for me?

Yes! As long as we have enough time – we would love to make a custom label for you. Reach out to us and we can talk about what you want!

How long is my lotion good? Does Goat Milk Lotion spoil?

We add a product to our lotion called optiphen. it is a paraben- and formaldehyde-free product that protects against mold and bacteria in lotion and scrub.

That being said – yes – your lotion can still spoil and/or grow mold. To prevent this, we recommend making sure your hands are clean whenever you dip into your lotion.  If you see spots of yellow or green in your lotion – it is starting to grow mold and should be thrown away. If it has a sour or bad smell, it should also be thrown away.

We guarantee our product will be shelf-stable for 6 months after you purchase it from us. If your lotion goes bad before that time, reach out to us and we will replace it for you free of charge!

Where do You Get Your Goat Milk?

We raise goats on our farm! So the milk comes from our goats. We currently raise mostly La Mancha goats, easily recognized by their little tiny elfin ears! People sometimes ask us why we dock our goat’s ears – we don’t! They are born that way. We also have a couple of Nubian goats, and a few La Mancha/Nubian cross goats.

How Often do you have baby goats?

We breed our goats once a year – usually sometime in December – which is late for many people who raise goats. I don’t like to have babies born in the winter/late spring because it is just too cold here in Indiana at that time of the year. So – I breed my goats in December so that I have babies “hittting the ground” in late May or early June. Usually by then the snow is gone and we can count on warm days.

What Is my favorite product that we make?

I absolutely love our sugar scrubs and our salves. Specifically the Plantain Salve. Why you may ask? Well – my goats love to eat Poison Ivy. I spend a lot of time with my goats. Therefore, I often get Poison Ivy. The best way to cure myself of said Poison Ivy is with a good scrub, followed by our Plantain Salve. It really works!

Can I buy your products to sell in my brick and mortor store - that is wholesale?

We would love to have the opportunity to talk with you about this opportunity! Reach out to us by phone or email and let’s talk about it.
